This Mouse Chemokine Ligand 19 (CCL19) ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for quantitative detection of mouse CCL19 in cell culture supernates, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This mouse CCL19 ELISA Kit was based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. A monoclonal antibody from rat specific for CCL19 has been precoated onto 96-well plates. Standards(Expression system for standard: E.coli, Immunogen sequence: G26-S108) and test samples are added to the wells, a biotinylated detection polyclonal antibody from goat specific for CCL19 is added subsequently and then followed by washing with PBS or TBS buffer. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with PBS or TBS buffer. HRP substrate TMB was used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the mouse CCL19 amount of sample captured in plate.

Additional Information: The capture antibody is a monoclonal antibody from rat, the detection antibody is a biotinylated polyclonal antibody from goat. Expression system for standard: Chemokine(C-C motif) ligand 19 (CCL19) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also known as EBI1 ligand chemokine (ELC) and macrophage inflammatory protein-3-beta (MIP-3-beta). Using PCR of human-rodent hybrids, the CCL19 gene was mapped to human chromosome 9p13, and the CCL19 gene is not part of the CC chemokine gene cluster on chromosome 17. The cytokine encoded by this gene may play a role in normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing. It also plays an important role in trafficking of T cells in thymus, and in T cell and B cell migration to secondary lymphoid organs.; Immunogen sequence: 369
